@AsdaServiceTeam please advise why a third party delivery driver can cancel my express delivery order and then be told my order is cancelled and that there's nothing can be done to rearrange another express delivery on the same day, so left with no shopping,Order no 4412281000615

@Specsavers disappointed tried to book appointment for my daughter suffering headaches,was told no appointments until 29th November but have bookable adult appointments for Sunday 31st October, but after calling another well known opticians got an appointment for tomorrow 3.30pm

@DPDgroup_news poor customer service spoke to 3 advisors 2 say they will transfer to someone who can help the 3rd ended the call/hung up on me, I want to know why my parcels are being delivered to a shop rather than home address, advised I chose this option WHEN I DID NOT!
