America has never seen a speech like this before

Speaking very honestly here... I do not believe there is any legislation that could be passed in the USA to prevent mass shootings WITHOUT violating the 2nd Amendment. This is because the problem is not political at its root. It is spiritual, cultural, mental, and familial.

Here is our Nashville shooter, Audrey Hale. I ask you honestly, does this look like America has a gun problem or a mental health problem?
