Me siento bastante agusto con mi cuerpo, es la primera vez que estoy cómodo con el pelo "largo" (veremos cuánto me dura) estoy socializando más que en toda mi vida e hice cosas que jamás pensaría que haría... y me hace feliz 😊

I got back from a Congressional fact-finding mission to Cuba. What I saw was a humanitarian crisis, the result of more than six decades of failed US policy. We need to spread the word.

The US government has been waging a brutal war against the international socialist movement for more than 100 years, but this is a dangerous, blatantly fascist escalation of that global campaign of repression. Marco Rubio is the top sponsor of Latin America's far-right extremists (such as the CIA-backed far-right Cuban terrorists who blew up civilian planes). When Rubio says "radical left" or "far-left", he means anyone who is even mildly critical of capitalism and imperialism. The US regime is openly announcing that it is going to wage a fascist war of extermination against leftists around the world, in a desperate attempt to save its decadent empire and impose the hegemony of Wall Street.

Marco Rubio and the Trump administration have no solutions to the income inequality crisis plaguing our nation because their corporatist policies created it. So rather than do anything to help struggling Americans, they blame socialism for the problems capitalism created. They are also deflecting from the violence their imperialist policies inflict on the people of Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran, and the violence their fascist policies inflict at home with ICE executing people on our streets. Nothing inflicts more terror and violence in this world than capitalism and imperialism. The entire U.S. economy is built on waging wars to loot resources from other countries and exploiting the labor of the working class to funnel wealth to the billionaire class. Marco Rubio is bringing back McCarthyism to protect a capitalist system that is in peril because people are waking up and realizing we deserve so much better than a system that enriches the few by exploiting the many.

Throwback to late March when I was finally done with how my body looked and how I felt health wise, decided to hit the gym 6 days a week and with only a couple months, my progress has been incredible. Still lots of improvement but I love the new change in my life

Para algunos es solo una foto. Para mí, es una pequeña gran victoria contra la inseguridad. Hacerme un selfie, mirarme sin juzgarme y compartirlo. Reconciliarse con el físico es un trabajo diario.
