Este trazado electrocardiográfico es fantástico. A una mujer de 50 años que clínicamente refería palpitaciones y en la que el ecocardiograma era normal, le realizan un Holter en el que se observan estas alteraciones. Crees que tiene un riesgo importante de muerte súbita?

@ecgandrhythmRoe I will bet for VT! Is difficult to see but I guess that I can see AV dissociation! And in v5 from the beginning of the qrs to s wave peak there’s about 100 ms! So I think is VT

60 yo man with intermittent rapid heart beat/palpitations; SVT or VT?

@SrijanS33624197 The inferior part of the anterior wall is the thinest area of the left atrium! Is typically associated with left atrial flutter in patients with no previous lesions!

Pinwheeling on LA anterior wall around the scar. Denovo atypical flutter. I always find scar in this area. Any idea why? #epeeps
