@brilliancemusic any reason the song Wounded Healer from your original album is so hard to find? One of my faves, but can't find it on Spotify, you tube, etc. Would happily buy the album if available!

@sirlucem @ChrisTuckerMD @DrSStephens_ There are disabled surgeons & other doctors already. It's not finding things to be pisses about to want inclusive healthcare & SAFE medical care for everyone. His comment isn't in isolation & in response to the prior tweet it's ignorant & dismissive of what she says.

My patients don’t do the “pain seeking behavior” thing that people talk about so when a patient of mine with bad opioid addiction came in complaining of severe new onset back pain, I was concerned The point tenderness over his upper thoracic vertebrae sealed the deal 🧵

@StudentDrSey Another thing I always find helpful is to take a few minutes on your own to process, and for me that means write it down, that helps me get organized! It only becomes easier with time and practice!

I’m having trouble giving succinct presentations on EM. I know the format/order I want to present in, but I feel like I don’t process the info quick enough to organize it. Does that even make sense? How do I practice this?

@emily_fri LIBERATION!! So much of PCCM care is more than the medicine but is about quality of life, recovery, and the way we provide care!! Such an important area! @karen_choong

I need to choose a topic for my last PCCM grand rounds. I’ve done EVALI, fungal infections in the ICU, and some other presentations on TTM and procedural education. Any twitter suggestions?

@davidmbeisel Such a good point! Makes me think of my sister entering theatre as a larger woman who has never been cast in a romantic role, forbid a larger person have a non comedic romantic plotline. Expanding the horizon of race, gender, size, etc. reflects real life and needs to happen
