In politics, as in life, there is no substitute for the wisdom of those who laid the foundation I took the important step of visiting the patriarchs of our constituency: GAC Leader Otunba Bushura Alebiosu Baba Bush, GAC Leader Omooba Olumuyiwa Sosanya and our Apex Leader Pa Stephen Oyedele,as well as my predecessor, Hon. Dayo Bush Alebiosu. We had a necessary and direct conversation about the future of Kosofe, and I value the wisdom and the hard truths shared. I am pleased to confirm that, in the spirit of unity and the best interests of our people, these leaders have stood in one accord to support my second-term bid. It is a commitment to ensuring that the mandate given by the grassroots is protected and carried forward. I thank our leaders for their time and their clarity. Today, seeing the overwhelming surge of support from the grassroots, that pact is not just renewed; it is strengthened. We have built a foundation of presence. We have established a record of results. But the vision we share for Kosofe is vast, and our journey is far from over. I am not returning to you with mere promises; I am returning with proof. I am returning with the same energy and passion to serve that I had on Day One, now sharpened by the “Legislative-know-how” that only time in the National Assembly can give. Experience is part of the tool we use to get things done. I am not just running for a second term; I am running to complete the structure we have spent these years building together. As we continue our constituency engagement ahead of the party primaries, our visit to Ikosi‑Isheri LCDA reaffirmed that progress is strongest when it is shared.
