I keep hearing statements like this but never hear any explanation or evidence supporting it. Any helpful information is appreciated. Asking for a friend. #Russia #ElonMusk #DOGE
Patrick Read Johnson/Fan One@moonwatcher1

@mcuban I think Elon's mission is dictated by those in Russia who now control him. The "getting what he wants" part is just a bonus.

@yelalott @RealKahall @TheRyanMoreland @elonmusk Democracy is rule of man. Policies are decided by the people who hold the majority of power, whether in numbers or institutional structures. Rule of man is very fickle in that it changes alongside public perception and sentiment. This is distinct from the Rule of Law.

If ANY judge ANYWHERE can stop EVERY Presidential action EVERYWHERE, we do NOT live in a democracy.

@fingers_retro @CLYDE1024950 @TheSkepticWiz People like to use placebo effect to explain away what they’re actually experiencing in God, but I notice that when they learn it’s actually Him, they no longer use that language.

@CLYDE1024950 @TheSkepticWiz Guarantee you, even if your God was real, you highly likely aren't "saved" either. There are other Christians with different interpretations of faith and salvation who believe your beliefs are heresy. You say you have the holy spirit? What you actually have is the placebo effect.

@ThinkingAtheist Of course this assumes God didn’t exist, which is question begging at its finest.

The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time. The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more. But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.

@NeilHardman @WesInman1 @fjc0000 @AtheistPhoenix Not necessarily. Microevolution is the result of loss of genetic information, whereas macroevolution entails greater genetic information than what was previously available in the parent, a genetic anomaly, and pure nonsense labeled abiogenesis.

@fjc0000 @WesInman1 @AtheistPhoenix Well micro evolution is observed changes in genetic variation which we grant us scientifically feasible. However, matter to man evolution (aka macro) has not been observed, cannot be repeated, and is metaphysically impossible, defying common sense.

@Out5p0ken Therefore homosexuality, talking snakes, cursed apples, resurrection, virgin birth, and walking on water are natural? Got it.

"Homosexuality is unnatural.." says this book, where snakes talk, apples set an eternal curse, people come back from the dead, a guy walks on water, and a virgin has a baby!

@D_Preacher_1 @joshtheunwise Doubt isn’t always the source of question. Curiosity, clarification, the desire to learn, and the desire to understand are other sources of questions that don’t require doubt.

@D_Preacher_1 @_Ochiedike Belief is rooted in doubt, knowing is absolute. Religious people will say they believe their god is real but never really say they know.

@iamAtheistGirl Shit, piss, fuck, cunt, cocksucker motherfucker, and tits. Those are the words that will curve your spine and put hair on your hands. George Carlin Definitely one of the best and he shaped my childhood. Too bad he's not alive today. He'd have a lot to say.

@Vandeervecken @TheRich_Gospel So you’re just going to ignore logic and go for the ad hom? You give apologists too much fuel. Furthermore, your healing post reeks of stuff the Bible never says

Right now with all that we can prove there is at least a 50/50 chance of God being real. Gods existence cant be proven or disproven so the odds are its either yes or no. There is also a 50/50 chance we all live in a sim and this is not base reality at all. No one knows. In the words of Willy Wonka "Oh, you should never, never doubt what nobody is sure about". If you dont admit the 50% chance there is a God you cant claim to be unbiased and scientific about the questions being asked. I cant prove God isnt those things listed anymore than you can prove God is. We live in a mystery, we should remain full of wonder.
