I remain grateful to our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Narendra Modi ji, @narendramodi for the trust reposed in appointing me Governor of Bihar. Soldiering has taught me the value of outreach and a people-centric approach alongside security. More recently, at the National Disaster Management Authority @NdmaIndia, the effort has been to strengthen preparedness and public awareness so that communities become partners in resilience, in line with the Hon’ble PM’s Ten Point Agenda. For a soldier, service before self remains fundamental. I consider this responsibility a singular honour and look forward to serving the people of Bihar and India with dedication, humility and a clear sense of purpose—reaffirming my commitment as a soldier and now as a servant of the Constitution.
