Vietnam’s General Secretary To Lam: Apply blockchain to boost Vietnam’s labor productivity Visit to the Vietnam Blockchain Service Network (VBSN) exhibition booth at the 1st Congress of the Government Party (2025–2030 term) on October 13, 2025, Vietnam’s General Secretary To Lam stated: “This is an opportunity to apply blockchain technology to enhance Vietnam’s labor productivity and increase state budget revenues.” The Congress took place solemnly at the National Convention Center, attended by General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, members of the Politburo and Secretariat, along with leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, and Government, representatives of central ministries and agencies, and over 450 official delegates representing more than 209,000 Party members from 2,211 grassroots organizations within the Government Party Committee. At the exhibition, General Secretary To Lam visited the VBSN booth and listened to a presentation by Mr. Phan Duc Trung, Chairman of the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association (VBA) and Chairman of @1matrixvietnam.
