@Flackenstien @EthanRivoira It's crazy that there are so many other fun formats to look into, but some people stay in their Edison bubble. Tengu, REDU, and HAT all have incredibly fun and varied decks.
Of course, modern yugi is great and full of meaningful interactions, but they don't wanna hear it.

@EthanRivoira It can be fun to go back to Edison, but if you're playing Edison exclusively and dismiss modern Yugioh then you're probably angry at everything.

I start to understand why Edison format is slowly dying. The people of that format are the most miserable of the entire Yugioh community

@handshuffling Yeah, plus it has protection. Can't buy more than 8 copies of a card if you're buying from multiple sellers. Every time I see some crazy stuff going on with tcgplayer, I just buy it for much cheaper on cardmarket.

cardmarket is largely immune to sudden spikes as it’s too costly to buy out every copy of a card from each of the european countries

@grapejelly_ch It feels so disingenuous because they're bringing back difficulty while imitating DKC, which... isn't difficult at all lol. It makes no sense. Game is overly complicated too with its controls/mechanics. I don't recommend this game to anyone.

@AlphamonEXE Im sorry but if your goal is to bring back old school difficulties and then in the same breath add super cheats the unlock all trophies for you then i think they got lost in the sauce abit

@DowntownAmeliaG @TrixyTrixter @DoomerCoomer this shit is NOT dkc, this shit is way more challenging and it's garbage. it's not balanced at all, so they give you a cheat menu to compensate
they say they're trying to bring back the difficulty of old games, but I dunno, I can relax and play DKC, windswept is just infuriating
