@JP41776 Brother, I dug in 11 yrs ago. 4 generators. Electric and propane. All systems redundant. Satellite and Ham radio. Chickens and big garden. Hunting and fishing a given. I am analog. I like simple, clean and honest.

I refused to give Remdesivir and start pts on insane vent settings. 35+ yrs in healthcare said this was BS. I was done.

Here's a secret, back in 2021 when COVID was in full force and vaccines were being rolled out, I had an extraordinary experience that I would like to share. So, yes I did have the first Jab, like a good citizen but it was when I was invited for the 2nd one, that things changed for me. Waiting in a queue filled with pensioners, strange because it was meant to be for 50 to 55 year olds? Anyway I got to sit down with the Nurse, and straightaway she said, why are you here. I told her that I had received a txt message asking me to come down for my 2nd Jab, and I showed her the message. She then said it was a mistake and the Jab allocated that day was stronger, and designed for the elderly. She then put the cap on the syringe, stood up and collected another ampule of vaccine to administer!! By that point, things did not sit well with me and I questioned why she did that. She said this was for the people of my age!! 50 at the time. By this point I'm saying NO internally, I stood up and thanked her but I was not willing to have the 2nd jab, and I would like to go away and think about it. I went away never to return for any other jabs for COVID. Whether she inadvertently saved my life or I saved mine, I will never engage with government roll out of vaccinations ever again.

@ronsterd89 Too much water and it is washing out the sodium. Called dilutional hyponatremia. Common in athletes starting out in the season and folks who drink a lot of water without adding sodium to diet. This is a strong possibility. Labs needed and I do not know your history.

I woke up to leg cramps in both legs I drink 2 liters of water a day. What can I add more of so no cramps?

I never imagined my love for Robert Plant could grow even deeper! As a lifelong fan since my teenage years, I was too young to witness Led Zeppelin live, but I had the incredible opportunity to see Robert Plant perform in concert. His introductions to each song and his heartfelt performances were unforgettable. He showed immense respect to his fellow musicians on stage, and when I handed him a rose, he graciously accepted it. Truly a perfect gentleman. @RobertPlant
