@WatchDogUMN @UMNews @UMNpublicsafety I called this in and got through to 911. I saw police in the area but no one actually approached the intersection.

Sent in from a follower: 3pm on a Monday in #dinkytown . Apparently called UMPD and was told to call MPD because it was outside the jurisdiction. Bystanders complained about 911 not answers calls/ responding to this. @UMNews @UMNpublicsafety I can see campus in this video.
