In 1995, Hasbro was supposed to release the final line of WWF figures. They never came out. One of those planned figures was Diesel (@RealKevinNash).
A few years ago, I was able to find the artwork and 2-up head for the unreleased Diesel figure. I recently got them both graded and authenticated by @CASGrading.
Was a hand painted prototype figure ever made? If so, does it even still exist? Those questions remain unanswered.

@MajorWFPod @titleruntoys No easy way to say this. Title Run Toys needs to get a better figure designer. They have good characters and did good business with their 1st wave. The sculpts HAVE to be on par with the others retros. Wave 1 is not. Not putting TRT down. I want them to succeed.

@MajorWFPod @titleruntoys These need to be better. I like wave 1 but they could be better. Faces look very generic and skin should be plastic not paint whenever possible. The sculpts need to be better too. On the positive side Mr. Wonderful’s pile driver is a fantastic idea and works great.
