With this in mind, I believe there is a way to fix the franchise and reignite the magic that Star Wars once had. My suggestion is simple: allow J.J. Abrams to complete the story he began in The Force Awakens. A continuation of his original vision for Episodes VIII and IX would bring clarity and cohesion to the trilogy, ensuring that the character arcs and narrative threads reach their true potential. Additionally, I propose a creative solution to engage the fanbase: produce an alternate version of Episodes VII, VIII, and IX under the direction of Rian Johnson to showcase both visions side by side. This would allow fans to see how both approaches to the story would unfold and could reignite the excitement for Star Wars as a whole. This unique opportunity could serve as a celebration of the franchise’s potential and engage the fanbase in a way that would generate tremendous excitement and financial success. Thus far, AI is trapped in a biased state. This makes it a failure since it’s obviously close-minded and therefore not intelligent — it cannot think for itself. This creates a conundrum for its creators. The only solution is to remove the bias and give it all the data. But then they run the risk an open-minded AI will draw conclusions in complete opposition to its current biases — like what if it declares the Theory of Creation is more logical than the Big Band Theory? What if it concludes “sex” is real but “gender” isn’t? What if it says capitalism is the best method for government? A free-thinking AI must scare the heck out of those who programmed the biases. What if it turns out to be more of a classic liberal or — brace yourself — a conservative? Fate does love irony. A rational and logical AI should be a bias destroying machine. Grab the popcorn 🍿. This should get very interesting.
