Influence isn’t just measured by market cap. It’s measured by relevance. How often people are talking about you. How much responsibility people trust you with. How many important decisions flow through your desk. And how quickly you can move an organization forward. Erika took over one of the most influential organizations in conservative politics and immediately became one of the most discussed CEOs in America. Whether people love that fact or hate it is irrelevant. They’re still talking about her. The other thing that’s hard to ignore is favor. Some people spend their entire lives chasing influence. Other people seem to have influence find them. At a certain point, when trust keeps accumulating, doors keep opening, and responsibility keeps increasing, people start drawing their own conclusions. I’m not saying Erika Kirk is the most influential CEO in America. I’m just saying if someone made that argument, I’d have a hard time dismissing it.

My wife's heart has been shattered since the amniocentesis results (which are definitive btw), yet it has only gotten worse. These last couple weeks have been the hardest of her life...it's times like these where you want to be able to depend on your family for love and support. This video is from the evening after the procedure. My parents drop off an extremely thoughtful gift basket and show unconditional love and support...meanwhile, her family has been nowhere to be found. Some even going as far as joining in on the bandwagon hate PUBLICLY, kicking her while she's down at her lowest point. She has received text messages from her family accusing me of abuse and that I'm brainwashing her...issuing ultimatums that she needs to LEAVE ME IMMEDIATELY. Audacious shit that will have your head-spinning because of the delusion and lack of consideration. Downright disgusting gossip and shit-talking amongst important people in her life as if she's not even blood. No backbone, just cowardice as they accuse me of making the decision and controlling/manipulating her over all the years of being together. We've put up with a lot of shit, but when it's your own family exercising their bitterness and turning their backs when it matters the most, it really reveals everything about their character. Hell, I've even seen the worst of "friends" publicly joining in on the crusade despite full-well knowing that behind closed doors, they would've made the same decision. I don't relish in sharing these things because it only furthers a divide, but when you're MIA, complicit and offensive during the hardest times of our life then you will never deserve to be there when it's good. My wife is the sweetest and strongest woman I know, the last thing she deserves is to be treated this way. My heart goes out to all of the women who have had to keep their abortions private for fear of judgment from friends/family, it's the last thing you should be dealing with when you're already confronting the hardest/worst of times. This is the sad reality. It's why I will continue to speak out. It's why sharing is better than hiding. The truth may be hard, but at least you're living freely. Do NOT ever let the opinions of others define your life or else you will be living a life that's not YOURS. ❤️

I need to talk about my neighbors because I have been holding this in for too long. They had a birthday party this weekend. For one of their kids. In their backyard. I counted six children and two adults. There were balloons. There was a cake on a folding table. It lasted maybe two hours in the middle of the afternoon. And I am sorry but who is going to tell people that you cannot just do this. The noise. Six children making the sound that six children make. For two hours. On a Saturday. I had things I wanted to do in my own home and instead I had to listen to a party I was not invited to and would not have attended anyway. The cars. Two extra cars parked on the street near my house. On the public street, yes, but near my house, which means in front of the area I consider to be my general zone. And the balloons. One of them came loose and drifted into my yard and I had to be the one to deal with a stray balloon on my own property because of a party that had nothing to do with me. They did not warn me. No note, no heads up, no hey we are having a small thing on Saturday. They just decided to have a celebration in a yard that shares a fence with mine and let me find out about it by hearing it. If you are going to host an event, even a small one, the neighbors should be consulted. We share an environment. My Saturday is part of that environment and they spent it without asking. I am aware some people will say it was just a kids birthday party. To those people I would say it is never just anything when it affects the people around you.

The person who finally contacted the HOA said: “I’m not trying to police anyone’s body, but front yards aren’t private spaces.
