@Snapchat @snapchatsupport Following the “permanent lock” on my account, the snapchat support is egregious. Not once have my tickets or emails been put in consideration of a physical person, just AI slop replies- even with my appeal it has been put through an automated system.

All i have asked for is to be put in touch via email or some support channel with a real person, not once has that been the case. I am being forced to take legal action in regards to my account and still no help. If anyone is capable of making such things possible, reach out.
