@Swiggy even after multiple DMs no resolution has been provided and had the same experience few days back also as well and you guys are giving resolution like take 100 refund for a order of 900 that was entirely burnt.

@Swiggy worst customer support and worst service. I have been asking them to resolve my query since 15th jan. I have mailed them also but no resolution and now on chat they say mail again. On call, they disconnect calls mid conversation saying we can’t help you.

@SwiggyCares 227308814916501, no resolution is being provided since 15 jan. They issued coupon for wrong restaurant and then didn’t even resolve my query.
