@frontendgirl Even if these themes may not be too relevant for work subjects, I do believe that having highly used informal safe spaces with normal banter helps a lot with increasing general psychological safety.

@frontendgirl However, certain level of comfort can be achieved if: 1) The subject of the channel is non-work related, something like music, books, food or pet pictures. 2) A lot of people participate on it, both by posting and engaging (so it takes for the community within a company to care)

I can't get over it. Particularly because, up to that point...my day had felt pretty fucking sad. So it was a hard question to answer.
