One of thousands of DMs I have received from fed up moms across America. “I just watched your speech in DC on X, and I was absolutely moved to tears. I am expecting my first baby at the age of 30 after trying to conceive since 2020 after getting off birth control. She didn't think a holistic approach was good, even when she had done absolutely no research. This is also a doctor that tried to pressure me to get the COVID vaccine telling me I would be able to get pregnant easier if I had gotten it. After 2 years of trying and feeling hopeless with my doctor, I began doing my own research on reversing PCOS. A lot of it was a very overwhelming approach to diet, but I ended up discovering Inositol supplements throughout all of that. I brought it up to my OBGYN and my primary care doctor, and they both told me that I didn't need to take it since it wasn't regulated by the FDA. I continued to take it. After 3 months of taking it, I began to feel a dramatic shift in my mental health and also began to shed my excess weight down. I was exercising, but not on a regular basis. It was Inositol that helped me. After 1 year of taking the supplement, my blood work came back to show that my PCOS was reversed on my hormone levels. My OBGYN was absolutely shocked. I am so honored and thankful to say that after 4 years of trying and 2 miscarriages, I am now 25w pregnant NO thanks to my doctor (whom I dropped to use a holistic birthing center) or big pharma.
