Heap nearly completed.We will announce measures on Wednesday on the way forward on litter .We will use the SI by the President declaring an emergency and the provisions in the Procurement Act that allow for emergencies. We will propose stern penalties to deal with littering.

Major metros have been under opposition for 23 yrs now but nothing has changed. Opposition blames Zanupf ministers for sabotage which is true but why do you still get sworn in then? The moment you get sworn in you are also taking responsibility.

23 Aug remains the biggest scam. For its part ccc dumped the idea of V11 systems for WhatsApp groups where agents were to dump all V11s. This of course failed dismally hence the party failed to do tabulation. CCC took supporters for granted they allowed rigging.

@AmChambi Nothing has changed with opposition being in charge of metros,the corrupt allocation of stands has continued unabated,most open spaces are now commercial and residential areas, central gvt might interfere but the corruption from the councillors is getting worse
