A very inebriated man just sat down next to me at the train station and said: “Alright, gorgeous.”
I didn’t like the look of him, so I got up and moved.
“Couldn’t get away quick enough, could you love?” he shouted after me, laughing.
Then he stood up. For a moment I thought he was going to follow me.
He didn’t - but as he staggered off in the other direction, he hollered across the station: “She needs to be f**ked up the arse, that one.”
This is the reality women are navigating - every day, often without saying a word about it.

That moment where I get back home from gym and realise Jack Sparrow (🐱) is missing. I keep calling out to him. He isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, and he has only one eye and also on occasion attempts Herculean feats like tryint to jump off roofs and catch crows and bats (hence the pirate moniker).
I finally do spot him, and in absolute, unadulterated joy yell out 'FUCK NUTS! AHOY!' only to realise that at that exact moment a neighbour is staring in my direction.
The old gent glared, and slammed his window shut before I could plead my case.
And it's only 10.30am on a Monday still 🥲.
