@AppleSupport @Apple what is use of purchasing apple care? Still need to pay 8900/- to get the screen damage repaired. I don’t know neither we were updated before buying. Despite of being loyal customer to Apple since 2010 still its kinda difficult to digest this kinda behavior.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp again you guys told me that the glitch is from your end and technicians are working on it but there is no time frame? I mean we are loosing on business big-time. We need to pay our bills, rents etc. Airbnb timely takes Servië e fee and taxes. What’s for us?

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp and apparently your team just cuts the call if they don’t have any answer. The team accepted that the glitch is from your end and its been a month. Earlier our month usually be packed now just 10 bookings?? Who will compensate? Its our only bread and butter

@bchesky its been more than a month because of the glitch from your backend we aren’t getting any business from airbnb. Its the only bread butter from us. The location shown of our listing is 7-8km from the original location hence no bookings or enquiries. No issue is resolved.

So you guys will just compensate on coupons which are usually useless for us. The month just started for the first time we don’t have any bookings neither enquiries. @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp No point of giving our heart and soul to airbnb , we should rather shift to another platform.
