@iRobot what is going on with support? Bought my 3rd roomba and it stoppped working and your support team asked for info which I sent over a week ago. I can’t get anyone to respond and I’ve spent weeks working on this expensive product. Help

@iroomba what is going on with support? Just stopped responding to emails. I bought a unit still under warranty. This is my 3rd one, all with issue shut been loyal. It shouldn’t be this hard. Was gifted a @EufyOfficial and it’s a way better vacuum and support is phenomenal.
