@iRobot i don’t know what happened. I was a customer for 10+ years but the latest 705 combo is constantly clogging, dripping dirty water all over and dumb (going down stairs, knocking things over etc.). Support is not helping.. Sadly it’s time to switch..

@iRobot I have been roomba fan for 20 years. Early roombas lasted forever in a house with 4 furry friends.
Bought a 105 mop/vacuum in November 2025. Charging problems all the time. Finally got a replacement and it has charging problems within 1 day of use.

@iRobot They’re like babysitting an Autistic kid! Lost, Stuck, out of battery and or cleaning solution, constantly pulling hair out of its moving parts….. your Better off getting your vacuum cleaner out and doing it yourself as you’ll save Time!

@iRobot your app for the Roomba is absolute garbage. It has been bug filled since day 1 to the point of making the robot almost worthless. The fact that I need 2 apps to control the new one vs the old one screams of lazy/cost cutting culture.

my roomba is basically a passive aggressive roommate... quietly judging me as it vacuums up the chips i dropped during my 3rd 'snack break' of the day.

@iRobot Honestly, my blood pressure spikes just watching your vacuum robot work. It’ll perform a perfect "maneuver" to dodge a piece of trash right under its nose, only to turn around and repeatedly slam into a table leg—it’s pure rebellion.

@iRobot@EufyOfficial After owning my X10 Pro Omni for about 4 months, I'm disappointed to say the least. The parts are made out of play dough!!! The roller brush guard is falling asunder!
The clips can’t hold the roller brush in place, rendering the whole machine useless!
The side “sweeper” serves no purpose. It certainly doesn’t get into any corners, or anything angular!
I switched from my reliable @iRobot combi expecting a real upgrade, but I've been missing that solid performance ever since.
Hoping one of you can step up with excellent customer service!
@EufyOfficial, perhaps better parts or an upgrade to make this right?

@iRobot Don't buy iRobot. They'll sell you an exoensive feature like obstacle avoidance and then kill it after 3 years or so. My J7 is crippled now. Really shitty.

If I have to search anyway, I’ll just buy on Amazon for 1/3 the price.
Fix the app or keep losing sales.
