@AmandaDiserholt Hi Amanda, Delay Repay compensation would apply in this case. You can avoid the buses by traveling on our Charing Cross to Dover services and change at Dover for Canterbury East

@Se_Railway It seems like the only way to get to Canterbury is via two replacement buses which takes 2 hours 13 minutes in total instead of the 53 minute speed train. My conundrum is how you can still charge full price for this?? You are not providing the service that we’re paying for.
