@virginmedia I am not at home but the family member who is says the service has been okay so far today and they have been able to work. Appreciate the responses. I know there are sometimes outages and this is unavoidable but lately this has been too disruptive and frequent .

@AmandaMarsh44 I'm sorry to hear that this is happening Amanda, these outages are in place to ensure that we can improve the connection in your area and the service overall for the long term. Can I ask what estimated fix time has been given for the outage today?

Seriously @virginmedia again? Loss of service in Sheffield S8 - daily occurrence now. Every day patchy and intermittent and unable to work at home. When will we receive better and more reliable service please?

@virginmedia The outages have been happening since the end of December. Our local MP now got involved as it has been widespread, frequent with little communication from yourselves. Today’s service status said outage from 7am and fixed by 8am. Text message to say service restored at 10.22am

@virginmedia Yes and yes. My point was the daily frequency with the intermittent service. Status page reported yet another outage this morning. I did actually get a text today to let me know it was being dealt with and when it would be back online. What’s the long term solution?

We’ve sold a lot! But there are still all these things left and today we’ve discovered some more to be fired. We’ll be having another sale at a later date .
