@theRCOT I have a night routine and a strict no phone or TV after a certain time. I also have a good night Alexa routine, which switches off the light and plays a playlist of sleep meditation. This is a great way to use technology and personalising it to an individual.

Calling all OTs! We all know how important sleep is, for our mental and physical wellbeing, so we want to hear your tips for a good night's sleep? 😴 We may use your tips for our up-coming #OTHacks campaign all about sleeping well.

2 years ago I contacted Oxford English dictionary & asked them to change their definition of 'stimming' (self stimulatory behaviour), they did, it no longer says that its a "seemingly meaningless action". It is very meaningful indeed, as this post explains.. #AutismAwarenessMonth

Just some examples of stimming. Self-stimulatory behaviour gives autistic individuals control over sensory stimuli & a way to regulate their emotions. Unless it's dangerous to someone's health it shouldn't be discouraged as it's a vital method of self-regulation #AutismAcceptance
