@santlesa @Sharanyashettyy @SwiggyCares How did you go about escalating this? Corner house is the only reason I have that shitty Zomato app on my phone and today those morons completely spoiled my order and didn't refund

@Sharanyashettyy @SwiggyCares Is this about the issue where some restuarants will show "outside delivery area" even though it's 1-2km away from home? After following through the same email chain for 1.5months, it just got fixed earlier this week for me.

From 1st march I have a query pending with the great @SwiggyCares There is an employee Ajay Kumar who handles "escalations' - who clearly has no accountability or manager who questions him. How do they function with so many open loops?

@dravishakatoch The hardest part is the decision making - what to cook. Sit down on Sundays and plan rest of your week. Everything else falls into place

Trying to learn from people who cook their meals at home - how do you actually make it work? Not a huge fan of hard-core “meal prep”, but would love tips on: • managing time around cooking • easy/quick recipes or where you find them We’re two people trying to get out of the cycle of: either depending on someone else to cook for us or ordering in too often. Occasionally is fine, but it shouldn’t be a default. As to the ‘why?’ We don’t want to get used to outsourcing every essential part of life. Cooking feels like a core survival skill. We do have help for cleaning (we’re capable of it ourselves, so it made sense to outsource), but with cooking, we’ve never really cracked it - so we want to start doing it ourselves and become at least functionally self-sufficient. Would love practical advice, routines, go-to meals, anything!
