From 1st march I have a query pending with the great @SwiggyCares There is an employee Ajay Kumar who handles "escalations' - who clearly has no accountability or manager who questions him. How do they function with so many open loops?

Asked them as to how they haven't got alert that order volumes from most famous bangalore place in peak summer should have reduced. No answer

@santlesa @SwiggyCares Oh no. I have given up on that. They don't want to fix it.. don't fix it. I'll order from zomato. Still shows outside delivery area. They never fixed it. I raised it with them. That's why curious how @harshamjty customer care center works. Complaints are open forever.

@SwiggyCares Can you fix the actual issue instead of giving suggestions that make no sense? This issue is all over twitter. If you read my previous post, I have already uninstalled app and re-installed. All other restaurants work fine. Do read before suggesting things.

@santlesa Kindly follow the below steps for the app glitch and let us know if the issue still persists: 1) Force close the Swiggy app. 2) Clear the cache. 3) Update the app to its latest version. 4) Restart the app again.

Suggestions for EV cars under 25 lakhs? Safety & good range is the need. Not looking at long seater ones like Clavis. Any new launches expected in coming months? (Can wait for another 3-4 months at best)

Anyway Bengaluru citizens do not bother about unfair fares. A month after the FFC Report was released and numerous errors were pointed out, no one seems to care. Before long BMRCL might implement "coach constraint surcharges" and increase the fares to price out the commuters.
