Let me be absolutely clear: Miami-Dade County will not be a safe haven for businesses, individuals, or networks connected to oppressive foreign regimes, sanctioned entities, or those tied to systems that have destroyed lives, silenced freedom, and forced millions into exile. Under my administration as Miami-Dade County Tax Collector, our office has strengthened compliance efforts, increased transparency, and coordinated with state and federal partners to ensure the law is enforced and our community remains protected. These are not symbolic actions. These are real enforcement measures backed by the law and carried out with accountability and purpose.
