America is obviously Israel’s most vital ally. But today, Israel matters to America in a way it didn’t a decade or two ago. The 12-day war against Iran proved how valuable an ally Israel is to America. We are an unsinkable aircraft carrier in the heart of a region critical for U.S. interests, fighting our common enemies and defending our common civilization.

No outside force will be able to take control of Gaza if there are still 20,000 Hamas terrorists running around the territory. No investor will rebuild Gaza if Hamas remains and things could flare up again. This is our opportunity to put Gaza on a different track and ensure security for decades to come.

In 2024, Hamas made more than $500 million dollars from the humanitarian aid racket in Gaza. They used their control of the aid to extort the population and recruit more terrorists. We want to make sure Gazans can get aid without it falling into the hands of Hamas. Instead of the international community working with Israel to achieve that goal, they attack Israel. It is really outrageous.

The preposterous allegations against Israel started alongside the condemnations of Israel in the immediate days following October 7. If people actually studied what happened in this war, they would see the restraint Israel showed in a war right across our border against a terror organization that cynically and systematically used its own people as human shields. After an attack like October 7th, would America have used less force? The answer is obvious.

His action to prevent Iran's radical regime from developing nuclear weapons not only made America and Israel safer, he also moved the world away from the mistakes of the past. Before October 7, Iran had Assad in Syria, effective control of Iraq, Hezbollah controlling Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen and Hamas in Gaza. 95% of the problems in the Middle East have a return address in Iran. Those arms of terror have been severed by Israel in the wake of October 7. When Iran is defanged, it’ll create a real surge of prosperity in the region, and hopefully more peace.

Everyone would like a deal that dismantles Iran’s military nuclear capabilities. The president has been very clear about his position – Iran can’t have a nuclear weapon or enrichment capabilities. I trust President Trump to stand firm and enforce his clear red lines.

We launched this action to remove two existential threats. One is the nuclear threat, the second is the ballistic missile threat. So far we’ve exceeded our expectations. Dealing with these threats not only helps defend Israel, but also all of our Arab neighbors, who are also threatened by Iranian terrorism.

The president likes to keep all of his options open and his cards close to his chest, and that’s exactly what an American president should be doing. I think he’s going to do what he believes is in the American interest. And I think he understands that for Iran, America is an enemy. They call Israel the “little Satan” and America the “great Satan”. These guys in Iran ordered a hit on President Trump. I don’t think he’ll be scared by the leader of the regime.
