@wizkidayo Wow....the engagement on this post is massive.
English

@Vindicatedchidi It's not going to happen because well meaning Nigerians are less than Ill-mean Nigerians. Democracy is by numbers, not by wellness. Nigerians need more well meaning people

@adaora_crypto Happy birthday to her. May she continue to grow in wisdom and grace

My Pearl is 7 Today
Ada mummy, The first fruit of my increase .
At exactly 4:00am 7years ago,I was wheeled into the delivery room .
By 8:00 am I wasn’t dilating properly so doctors started getting ready for a CS .
The chief consultant had just closed and was handing over so he came over to my bed, I held him
By the hand and begged him not to go.
He stayed back,he observed me for a while , gave few instructions and by 10:00 am , I received my beautiful 😍 Pearl in my arms, he came to me and ask if he can now go?
I nodded with smiles and he left .
At age 4 ,Pearl had an attack right inside the church , she was convulsing and her eyes had turned white.
Tears ran down my eyes like a torrential rain fall ,but mercy said No!!
Mercy Said No!!!
Now I can’t even remember the last
She visited the hospital.
She has grown into a strong, healthy and extremely intelligent girl .
I haven’t done an IQ test on Pearl, but I know her IQ is above normal based on her performance generally beyond academics.
The lord has marvelously helped Us…
It is Quantum leap from here.
Happy Birthday My Baby🥰.

@instablog9ja It is complicated. He said he was kidnapped twice. What could he have done to protect himself. The fact that he was able to buy AK 47 showed that was a common equipment in that area....Police should do something about it. Make announcement that all AK 47 should be surrendered

@SpiricocoNg
Dear Lekan Olayinka,
Funny how you spend time attacking and correcting 'men of God' in the name of the Bible, but the moment I pointed out your own bias, the 'Bible defense' disappears and your insults come out.
Blocking someone for a different perspective isn’t 'tact', it’s a lack of it. Let’s practice the gospel we preach, not just the parts that allow us to look down on others.
By blocking me, you have shown you lack the temperance expected of a Christian and to call me a fool is a display of your deep spirituality you profess on this app.
Just to reiterate my stand, a church that speak in tongues for one hour does not become more spiritual than others. And again, your post sounded promotional and publicity for your favourite man of God.
He that comes to equity must come with clean hands.
#Spirituality #Character

@allendavee @lekan_olayinka1 Which spirit reveals that to you or don't you know you will give account of every idle word? As a Christian, I expect you to respond biblically and intelligently, not name calling
English

@Amdewon @lekan_olayinka1 You need help brother. This is the spirit of witchcraft at work in your members.

I’ve meant to post this for the past couple of weeks.
When I came to Lagos last year, I struggled to find a church, not because there were many, but because I was looking for where the Spirit was supplied.
The two churches I am connected to do not hold Sunday services.
But eventually, I found Burning Hearts Ministries.
At the first service I attended, I realized they pray in tongues for one hour before every proper service.
That was it for me. Once a church prioritizes long prayers, my heart is set there.
But I didn’t know I was just scratching the surface.
For the first time in over a decade, I have found a church and a pastor through whom Who supplies the Spirit supplies it to me every Sunday.
I want you to know my story. For a long time in my Christian life, I have always expended myself for others.
Since NYSC, I was in my mum’s church. I was co-pastoring it.
I kept my fire by immersing myself in the sermons of my fathers in the Lord.
But no one was ministering to me. It was a burden I bore gladly.
But now, Pastor Elvis @ElvisOkhifo does, every Sunday.
I am saying this publicly because I, more than anyone, know what it means to successfully minister Christ.
It is a lot. It means that death is at work in him so that the life of Christ can flow to us as members.
I think two Sundays ago, my spiritual life wasn’t the best that week.
But I knew that if I got to church, I would receive refreshing and refilling.
Guess what? I did. My lamp was flickering when I got to church, but it was blazing hot when I left.
I am saying that Pastor Elvis labors like no other in the Word.
And I believe I can say that because I know a little bit of the Word myself.
Pastor Elvis labors so much. So much.
Apart from spending hours preparing his sermon notes, he asks his wife to read them aloud to him on the way to church just for final checks.
Then comes the Spirit through which he preaches the sermon.
I am always and consistently refreshed, and I am growing.
Should I talk about the integrity and godly sincerity of his life? That’s for another day.
As Paul said, “our boast is this: the testimony of our conscience, that we behaved in the world with simplicity and godly sincerity, not by earthly wisdom but by the grace of God” (2 Corinthians 1:12).
I am saying all these for two reasons.
One, because I am grateful to God for situating me in a local church in which His name and presence are.
Two, because the Bible says, “Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching” (1 Timothy 5:17).
I honor you, Pastor Elvis. You dey try for me, for us.
God bless Burning Hearts Ministries.

English

@lekan_olayinka1 Finally, do they have a Sunday School Department? If Yes, do you mind sharing the manual let's benefit from a distance.
English

@lekan_olayinka1 I saw free promotion and publicity in your language. Some churches are run like fellowship...you were looking for a fellowship, not a church. And most of this churches are not built for the elderly and family. They are for singles, so enjoy yourself.
English

@lekan_olayinka1 While I respect your view and experiences, we Christians must be careful not to make personal opinion a preference for the church. Praying in tongues for one hour is not a yardstick. Praying in tongues is best done at home, in one private altar..not in the church with mix multitd
English

@SpiricocoNg Similar thing had happened in my church few years ago, and what we told the Senator politician was that the item must be brought unbranded because the church has people of different parties.

What a shame on Esther Ajayi.
This woman is one of the most popular voices and figures in the Cherubim and Seraphim movement in Nigeria.
She has presented herself as a philanthropist, even to the point of building a university, Orimolade University, which is still in the works.
Now, we may be seeing where such resources come from.
The Bible speaks strongly against ministers who align themselves with wrongdoing:
“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness” (Isaiah 5:20).
And again:
“Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, who write misfortune, which they have prescribed” (Isaiah 10:1).
Scripture also condemns those who strengthen the hands of evildoers:
“…they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness” (Jeremiah 23:14).
A minister is meant to be blameless. This is why Paul could boldly speak of his conduct among believers:
“For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience that we conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God” (2 Corinthians 1:12).
This is a shame, and God will judge such things.

A second-year law student at Kampala International University, Dennis Zziwa, was hospitalised after sustaining inj¥ries while portraying Jesus Christ during the Good Friday Way of the Cross reenactment at Our Lady of Africa Church in Mbuya, Uganda.
During the intense and physically demanding scenes of the passion play, Dennis was subjected to b£atings, which left him inj¥red. He received immediate first aid from Red Cross personnel present at the event.
Following the initial treatment on-site, he was transferred to Lamone Health Center in Luzira for further medical care and observation.

@BookswithFayFay @thepollplug2 Thanks for telling us how delusional you are and for telling the world how morally and socially bankrupt you are.

@NigeriaStories This is foolishness at its peak....even the best grant in Africa, TEF, only gives $5000 after business training....these ones gave 50 million Naira each to students who probably have not had business training before....they will use the money and japa.
English

@NigeriaStories The fund is yet to miss. May be they want us to believe that it has missed and if we do nothing, then they will then make it miss. I don't trust politicians

@JuliusElum I've seen this. Real leaders in real life, have fewer followers. While people who are not leaders in real life have more followers. So I conclude that Social Media is about faking it or acting it.

How to grow on X
Grow your followers the right way
The advice: reply daily, engage every day, be a reply guy/girl, support mutuals, be consistent, show up daily.
All of these are BS. Big time BS.
You've been doing it, why haven't you grown?
Here is the right way to grow your X account ⬇️
You can grow from zero to 10k followers in 30 days.
From 10k followers to 50k followers in 3 months.
It's your willingness to work.
Your strategy, your consistency.
Before you talk about growth on X
You must first grow.
Growth on X is not followers first.
It's YOU first.
Content strategy second
Consistency third.
Followers comes last.
growth is leadership.
To lead others you've got to lead yourself.
Leadership is taking people to where you've been or where you're relentlessly & obsessively going.
If you haven't gone anywhere or not going anywhere you don't qualify to lead.
I can also say, you don't qualify to have a follower on X.
People won't follow for follow sake.
There over 300 million active X users daily.
Over 20 million content shared every 5 hours.
Why must people view yours?
People follow X creators who—
-Entertain
-Educate
-Inspire
-Solve problems
If you can't provide any of the above.
You can't grow followers on X not even on other social media platforms.
To grow on X be that X Creator that people come to learn, get inspired, get entertained or get their problem solved.
To provide the above you've got to hit a certain level of attainment in life backed with experience.
If you're yet to accomplish anything big for yourself.
It's okay, it mustn't be something big.
So long as you're obsessed about accomplishing something you can grow on X.
Simply put, make progress daily, then share your progress.
That's what X growth is about.
