I really don’t understand the hate Jaxon Dart got for introducing President Trump. Good or bad..if you support Trump or not..you're in a lose lose situation. Politics and religion are difficult for sports. Folks have the right to believe in whatever the fuck they want. @AmericanMathman @GrantCardone Elimination of property taxes is a great step in that direction. It’s 30-40% of my mortgage payment on my properties. If it bumps up, I am compelled to bump up rent. The tax is a big chunk of a house payment. Elimination would help 1st time homebuyers immensely

@charlesriding11 @GrantCardone I hold heartily agree with people making money but something has to be done to help out the young adults coming up. This is not the answer.

@AmericanMathman @GrantCardone What is your threshold on “own too much?” Someone has to own the property in order for a tenant to rent it. Dont assume that because someone owns multiple properties they are “wealthy.” My rental properties are my income. If property taxes go up, I am compelled to raise rent.
