This is a blatantly racist claim namely that in Alonso’s view Jewish people do not have any epistemic authority over their own tradition. For Alonso, Jewish tradition and identity is owned and appropriated by non-Jews—the dominant majority—who also decide what a legitimate form of Jewishness can look like.

I've never seen anyone as blind as Israelis. They attack wildly against all their neighbors, they occupy them, take their land, kill them in great numbers, but the whole time they're really convinced that they're the victims. And they think anyone who criticizes them hates Jews.
