@Americas_Best I sent last week a very detailed complaint via your site re: service received at one of your stores in MI and have received no response. The Dr refused to listen to me & put me in the wrong brand/type of contacts & didn't review test results w/me. Please escalate.

@OutsideEarthM21 most stores don't accept medicaid. We recommend that you contact your local store. An associate would be happy to check your plan to see if you have any in-network benefits available.

@Americas_Best your website is a bit broken for setting up online accounts, It prompts the user to send a one time code, which goes to the correct email, but theres no where to enter said code. Tried on Brave, Edge. both result in the same thing, can not enter the OTC.
