@MichaelAArouet My guess is it has to do with the reality that u wont find a single LGB that wasn't harrassed by certain demographics. The poorer one is the harassment tends to be a closer to a daily nightmare. Imagine what's like being a 15 year old local L or G in certain urban districts

My take: This is an extremely good reply brief. They deftly parry the State's waiver arguments, call out the State's backward logic, and reorient the court to the complete lack of adversarial testing of the State's case the jury got to hear.
Very much looking forward to the oral argument - yes, I am confident it will be granted.
