Last month, I wrote to the Secretary of the Union Ministry of @TribalAffairsIn highlighting the alarming issue of severe under-allocation and delays in the disbursal of funds under the National Fellowship for Higher Education and National Overseas Scholarship for ST students. Today, the same concern has been reported in the newspapers. I urge the Union Government to resolve this issue at the earliest, as thousands of tribal scholars depend on timely support.
