Struggling to obtain International Driving Permit despite submitting applications online and paying fees. I had also visited Pratapgarh RTO in person for scrutiny and biometric and it was successfully completed on 11th May but the office is saying IDP Booklet is not available.

@UIDAI I had requested for online update but still it is showing payment pending. The money was deducted from my account then how come it is still in pending!
