INOX is Straight Up LOOTING People😤 ₹65 for a 500ml water bottle When airports can offer ₹10 chai under UDAN, why can’t cinemas? @raghav_chadha sir, can you do something about this too? 🙏
English

@_StocksResearch @itsAdityaT Yes completely agree with you. If a goal can be reached without taking excessive risk that is the best option.
English

@Amitoj_08 @itsAdityaT There's no compounding in Mutual Funds
Focus: Risk > Taxation
You can achieve your goal with 7% FD also, but the monthly SIP required will be very high. That's the sole reason for being in Equity.
Even at slab rate tax, Bond Fund > FD.

@aditya_kondawar What will happen to the guys who have got huge stores and paying crazy rents?

Blinkit starts operations inside the Mumbai Airport!
Specifically, Terminal 2 (Domestic departures) of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
Travellers can now order from a selection of 2500+ products like phone chargers, books, gifts, and more on the Blinkit app. Orders will be delivered within the terminal by their dedicated team of walkers
This is amazing. I now want Blinkit to take over the Strait of Hormuz and deliver more oil to the world :P

@nush_1320 Broo just 2 mins ago I asked my friends about this!
Pls guide me too!!!😭😭
English

@nush_1320 An ideal investment would be completely based on what is ideal for you, products (funds in this case) are just a means to an end. I run an investment services firm. Will be happy to connect and discuss this in detail.

@BaluGorade A sharper, but faster correction would have been better. This one is testing the patience of a lot of people.
English

@volklub Yes Paaji, have seen your journey. Your genuineness and honesty stands out in the way you speak and connect with people.
English

@Amitoj_08 I used to share short videos
Put positives & negatives for each car
Never cared about anyone
Took on big journalists & influencers without caring much, carried on with immature but people friendly behaviour and things worked

@TheNavology US folks shouldn’t even consider investing in India unless they are doing direct stocks or through a PMS purely because of such punitive tax structures for outward investments. Only other option is to give up control of their money.

The real return formula every NRI must know before investing in India.
Your actual USD return is NOT your Indian return.
Formula: USD Return = [(1 + INR Return) / (1 + INR Depreciation Rate)] - 1
Real example:
You earn 12% CAGR in an Indian equity mutual fund.
The rupee depreciates 5% that year.
Your real USD return: (1.12 / 1.05) - 1 = 6.7%
Not 12%. Not even 10%. 6.7%.
Now compare that to what a US S&P 500 index fund returned in 2023: over 26%. In 2024: over 23%.
The math is not broken. Your assumption was.

The most important "Return on Investment" isn't a percentage on a screen. It’s the ability to sleep through a market crash knowing your family is safe.
I’ve seen "perfect" portfolios fail because they lacked heart. A plan that ignores your fears isn't a plan, it’s just a spreadsheet.
Wealth is personal. It’s okay to choose peace over the highest possible profit. That’s not being "too safe", it’s being wise.

@anujsharma53 @suhasureshpatil @Prof_Cheems Not when you buy the right product from the right company with a good advisor who knows his stuff.
English

@suhasureshpatil @Prof_Cheems But health insurance is a scam in India
English

@Krishna280476 Please share your policy details with @ruchirkanakia maybe he can help you out with this.

English

@AashnaGold Not to scare you anything but they’re customer support, especially during claims isn’t the best. Hopefully you have got it through a good advisor.
English

Pehle toh na main health insurance lene se pehle bas premiums hi dkhta tha.. jahan saste premiums vahi main 😂Lekin time ke saath mujhe akal aa gayi and now I check things like exclusions, PED waiting periods aur room rent limits. Yeh sab check karne ke baad jo plan mujhe best laga woh tha care supreme from care health and I bought it last month.

@volklub Paaji initially how do you find those genuine queries for your niche?
English

@vaneshmali Pick one niche, answer genuine questions. Post relevant stuff only. It will take 8-12 months but you can easily squeeze out an EMI for a mid-size SUV
English

As expected - folks on X have 20 years sips, know how to pick bottoms and sell at tops.
Niraj Dugar@contliving
Naren - in my experience, I’ve not seen anyone who has actually done an SIP for 20 years. Someone who can actually do it will not have any challenge in any asset class but such folks don’t exist.

@FakeUpperCaste @1shankarsharma Sorry, but I beg to differ. The India story is very much there structurally, irrespective of the party at the centre. It is not going anywhere. Not everything is about politics and left and right wing.
English

@Amitoj_08 @1shankarsharma There is no India story. It was created by anti-national sanghi ecosystem.

The perfect day to re-read what I wrote a while ago.
The article that esteemed @iRadhikaGupta then alluded to, calling it " click bait".
Reality is: What's happened last 2 years is the largest wealth transfer in the history of wealth transfers. With the active connivance of Wealth/ asset managers, F:&O brokers, finfluencers, fin media.
The narrative from every Lallu panju was " This time it's different".
After 44 years of doing this, baccha party, lemme tell you: It's never different. Only the ones who lose, are change each time.
In our time, we made the gora F2s lose to us Roadless Locals.
But this time, the F2s have won at the expense of Roadless Locals. And that's creating a giant macro crisis.
Read. Reflect. Rotate
"How India created a generation of brainwashed investors. And the macro disaster this has created"
