They are being so rude and repeats the same thing again- “we dont have your refund yet” when the AIRLINE clearly says they have sent back my refund. #gotogatescam #refund

@bookingcom @melissamccarthy I requested for a flight cancellation on Jan 27th via booking.com and have been following up since then for my refund status. The customer agents are extremely rude, ill-mannered and are not helpful at all.

@bookingcom @melissamccarthy And then, I called booking.com to enquire about the refund again and they told me the money will be credited to my account in 48 hours. I waited till 72 hours to call again and when I ended up calling today, they told me they don’t have my refund? #scam#fraud?

@bookingcom @melissamccarthy I ended up contacting the airline directly and got to know they already processed the refund to booking.com 3 days after I applied for a refund.
