We facilitated the quarterly convening of the Employers’ Community of Practice in Nakuru County to deliberate on domestic workers’ rights and strengthen employer commitment to fair and decent labour practices. The consultative session provided a collaborative platform for employers to share experiences, identify gaps in labour standards, and champion improved working conditions for domestic workers.
