Call me crazy but if Steven Gerrard is in that dug out next week, Liverpool go through in the Champions League. The lift is needed.

@LFC From 4-0 against City, to only coneding 2 against PSG. Such an improvement in a short period. Imagine how great he will be in a few more seasons! New Contract Now! #SlotIn

🔴𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨 & 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩: 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝘿𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙪 & 𝙔𝙤𝙧𝙤🔴 I’m struggling to wrap my head around the garbage being spewed by Scholes and Butt lately. For two icons who represent the soul of this club, calling for the heads of Leny Yoro and Patrick Dorgu is a total betrayal of our values. The biggest issue here is that United pundits seem to forget they aren't just fans anymore; they are massive influencers whose opinions carry weight. When former greats broadcast these shallow takes, it poisons the atmosphere and puts massive pressure on the locker room. It is time these legends started owning the impact of their words instead of just chasing engagement. Take a look at Patrick Dorgu. Our former midfielders claim they can't figure out his role, yet his worth is staring them right in the face. He is the modern blueprint of selfless soldiers like O’Shea or Park who gave everything for the badge. Despite coaching carousels and tactical shifts, Dorgu showed elite grit before his injury. Suggesting we bin a versatile powerhouse with that kind of engine is exactly how we’ve stayed stuck in the mud for years. Pundits need to understand that labeled a player as "expendable" on a public platform can destroy a young athlete's confidence before they even get started. Then there is the Leny Yoro situation. Scholes actually admitted he’d let him go today, even though the boy is only twenty years old and barely recovered from a major injury. He is a work in progress, not a finished article. Floating the idea of a sale when our senior defenders are constantly in the medical room is fundamentally flawed logic. It’s easy to sit in a studio and demand a fire sale, but these pundits never have to deal with the fallout of the toxic environment they create. Yoro needs to be tested against the best while wearing a United shirt, not cast aside because a legend had a "feeling." What hurts most is that these legends were raised in an era of stability. Sir Alex didn't publicly execute his prospects for clicks; he shielded them until they were ready to fly. Even Scholes was given the grace to fail while he transitioned from a forward to a playmaker. By pushing this "sell" agenda, these icons are fueling a cycle of negativity that makes it impossible for youth to succeed. Our former players have a responsibility to mentor the next generation, not tear them down for the sake of a viral clip. We should be shielding our youngsters, protecting their growth, and holding our pundits to a higher standard of accountability.

OUT OF BOUNDS: Megan Rapinoe slams the new IOC policy limiting women’s events to biological females based on sex testing. "This committee is framing it as based in science, which it’s not," she said. "This will ultimately just prevent people from competing within the women’s category that they feel like they have an unfair advantage. It’s just really hateful."
