@virginmedia it is not intermittent but I’ve not had access to email folders for over a week with problems not being able to access stuff for work or tickets for events. Can you update when this will be resolved

@virginmedia I had a new email at 06:45 but can’t send emails or access any folders which are all empty or missing completely on some devices. I have events tickets, documents, sentimental stuff in those folders, can you update me when will this be sorted

@virginmedia I still can’t access my email folders despite repeated requests and promises by VM to restore I need to demonstrate to my employer my car insurance covers my work but can’t access the docs as in a VM folder, can you update so I can update employer @WhichUK

@virginmedia Any updates on when I can get my virgin media email folders on all of my devices, it’s been over a week now and I’m experiencing lots of inconvenience with events, grant applications for community groups etc

@virginmedia we didn’t appreciate being on phone for 30+ mins this evening and problem still not sorted and at end of call VM tried to sell us more product, suggested we just want the what is being offered in current package to work before we spend more money, I thought cheeky..
