It's not free. It's paid for by taxpayers. And why should people pay for the "free" lunch of other people's children? Feeding your kids is the responsibility of parents. And if there are cases of social disadvantage where some kids aren't getting fed then we have a welfare system that needs to deal with it.

Hermína Týrlová is widely considered the mother of Czech animation, and rightly so. She basically started it there, making animated shorts for decades using stop motion. Creating art in a pretty brutal time, she chose to focus more on gentleness and softness in these stories.
