Shared this chart in February & told you to save it. We bounced before 6180, and now price is nearing 7400 along the yellow path $spx — First target 5600 (I strongly believe it hits in June or July)

@CyclesFan So wrong / off on this analysis as the week did not end down but instead went so much higher.

$SPX has made some sort of top every 13 weeks since July, whether it's a short term top like in July, or a multi week top like in January. We may see another one next week. I expect rotation, semi stocks will sell off while software stocks will rally, resulting in a down week.

$SPX Remains at Elevated RSI levels. There are those who believe we can levitate to $7700 in <<70 to 80 RSI>> from here without any retracement. The Irrational Exuberance crowd. For those I say study history. We stopped at $7147 for a good reason. $SPX feels like a ball which keeps coming back to the recent ATH everytime you push it under water, the reason for this floating action may not be bullish. @RepGolden No deal should be taken unless funding of ICE is excluded from DHS funding. ICE is out of control. You should be taken out of the house for voting no on the Iran war along with the other democrats who were paid by Isrealli lobbyist.

I voted against the House GOP's DHS dodge. For more than a month, the DHS shutdown has caused chaos at airports as TSA agents have gone without pay, while our Coast Guard and emergency agencies are undermined without funding from Congress. I have voted for every other bill to fund DHS since before the shutdown began, and I remain open to any serious proposal with a real path toward becoming law. I see no reason to believe this 60-day stopgap will pass the Senate anytime soon, so I could not support the House GOP’s effort to keep kicking the can down the road. The Senate passed a bipartisan compromise that ensures funding for every agency in DHS for the full fiscal year. It’s time for House Republicans to take the deal.
