If we really wanted to address athletic participation issues in Iowa, we would focus on classification by each activity, just as every sports club does, rather than putting a band-aid on the problem (and creating other problems) by adding 8th graders to more varsity sports.

What about this upgraded regular gym? It has everything. A stage. Pink curtains. Elevated seating. A water fountain. Bathrooms I can’t find.
