Friends who listen to audiobooks, particularly non-fiction narrated by the author... any Pro tips? Pet hates? Asking for me - who will be narrating my audiobook despite massive anxieties about my little lisp.

@rykgoddard I have discussed with other geriatric millennials and we agree that playing Hole on AM radio before 7am makes us all feel really old. I’m ok with early 90’s playlist but late 90’s really reinforces my middle agedness. 😎

@AmyKendall If your services are now with Boost, you'd have to port them back to us and then we can change it over. That's really your only option if Boost can't change the names on the account. -Viktor

1/ In a stunning display of patriarchy, when I signed us both up to @Telstra mobiles and home services, the account was put in my husband's name. It was too hard and 'unchangeable' so we made me the authority. I singlehandedly moved us to Boost prepaid two years ago.

@Telstra I have no idea either. How should I go about this please?

@AmyKendall If your new provider doesn't offer a change of name, then changing it before you move is the best option. We can change the ownership of an accountant on our end, so I'm not sure why you were told that it couldn't be done. -Viktor

@Telstra Viktor, they've assured me that short of buying new SIMS they cannot and will not help. They told us it was Telstra's error in moving us to Boost.

@AmyKendall We're sad that you had to move your services Amy and that it wasn't a simple process. You would need to reach out to Boost and see what they could do to get these details changed. -Viktor

@Telstra Alternatively, offer the same data banking and gifting as MOST other prepaid providers do and you can have ALL of our business.
