The primary duty of a state is the protection of its people’s lives and property. The attack on our vessel in the Strait of Hormuz was no accident; it was a calculated act of violence. While our closest ally provides clear evidence of the perpetrator, this administration responds with denial and diplomatic ambiguity. ​Trust is the foundation of leadership. You cannot lead by obscuring the truth or avoiding the difficult realities of international security. When a government fails to communicate honestly and fails to stand firm against threats, it forfeits the confidence of its citizens. ​The Lee Jae-myung administration must stop prioritizing political convenience over national safety. It is time for transparency, it is time for strength, and above all, it is time for a government that truly protects its own.

<의원님들께, 대북송금사건 등에 대한 국정조사는 위헌이자 불법입니다> 소위 조작수사 등 관련 국정조사에 대해 오늘 의결 예정이라고 알려져 있습니다. 대상사건은, 1)대장동사건, 2)위례사건, 3)김용사건, 4)대북송금사건, 5)통계조작사건, 6)서해공무원피격사건, 7)윤석열명예훼손허위보도사건 등 입니다. 제가 관여한 대북송금사건에 대해서만 말씀드리면, 불법 대북송금사건 관련, - 가장 큰 이익의 귀속자인 이재명 대통령에 대해서는 재판이 정지되어 있지만, 뇌물공여자 및 공범인 뇌물수수자에 대해서는 현재 재판이 진행 중에 있고, - 또한 파생사건인 이화영 부지사의 이른바 ’연어술파티‘ 관련 국회에서의 위증 등 재판은 2026. 6. 8.부터 국민참여재판이 진행될 예정에 있으며, - 위 ’연어술파티’ 의혹을 규명하기 위하여 2025. 9.경부터 지금까지 서울고검에서 수사 중에 있습니다. 심지어 위 국정조사 의안을 발의한 의원들 상당수는 국정조사를 피고인 이재명에 대한 공소취소를 위한 발판으로 삼겠다는 뜻을 공공연하게 피력하고 있습니다. 만약 국정조사가 이루어질 경우 그것은 “계속 중인 재판 및 수사 중인 사건의 소추”에 “직접적으로 관여”하는 것이 됩니다. 따라서 이번 국정조사는 “감사 또는 조사는……계속 중인 재판 또는 수사 중인 사건의 소추에 관여할 목적으로 행사되어서는 아니 된다”라고 규정한 국정감사및조사에관한법률 제8조를 정면으로 위반한 불법인 것입니다. 위 법을 들이대지 않더라도 상식적으로 사법부에서 재판을 하고, 행정부 소속의 검찰에서 수사를 하고 있는 사건에 입법부가 왜 그에 관여를 합니까? 삼권분립이 보장된 대한민국 헌법은 어디에 있습니까? 대한민국이, 민주당이 입법도 하고, 사법, 행정도 다 하는 1당 독재의 나라입니까? 헌법기관이신 대한민국 국회의원들께 호소드립니다. 제발 위헌과 불법의 국정조사를 멈춰주십시오.
