@SleepNumberHelp If beds don’t come with remotes, and your app isn’t working (continuous errors that it’s being worked on and down), how are we supposed control it? My bed is currently stuck in a position with no way to adjust.

@sleepnumber day 2 of app no longer working. Customer service says “30 mins” but after 24 hours I doubt this. Also trying to charge $50 to buy a remote because app doesn’t work any more. Shouldn’t remotes come with the bed???

🙄 deleted and reinstalled multiple times. For a $10k bed, it’s been the worst. 4 years in and the foot warmers stopped working, one side won’t inflate even after checking hoses, and now app doesn’t work to control the flex base. Going to have to go back to @tempurpedic
