Good morning all! I woke up to the sound of fabric tearing and a dead air chamber shortly after in my sleep number. So I'm literally on the wrong side of the bed this morning 😆 Hopefully your morning is better than mine!

Bought new SleepNumber bed ~2 years ago. 1st year, SN replaced pump/computer, inner mattress, and hoses because bed gradually lost air, needing refilling ~ every 3rd night. STILL having issues. DO NOT BUY a @sleepnumber number bed. They're not the company or the product they were 20yrs ago. 🫤

@sleepnumber I purchased a Sleepnumber Bed about 6 months ago. Love it. I had stomach surgery on Friday and I can't imagine a better bed to recover in. It's has been a life saver. Getting up and out of bed has been far better to manage. Thank you!

@sleepnumber The beds do not provide the level of comfort that is often portrayed. It is unacceptable that I continue to experience persistent pain throughout the night.

While defects in our beds are rare, the ones that occur are often found and reported at the start of ownership, which we fully cover any replacements due to defects during this period. After this is the prorated portion of our limited warranty, where we're still covering a portion of the cost for your replacement, but no longer the full 100%.

@sleepnumber explain to me why I have to pay for a replacement air chamber and a failed pump when you claim to have a warranty.

That’s about $1300 for “warranty service.” What a huge fail! The bed didn’t make it to 5 years. Shame on you, Sleep Number!! Now we have to go buy a new bed. 3/3

I just got off the phone with @SleepNumber Customer Service. We have been having problems with our i8 smart bed for about a year. I did everythng I knew to trouble shoot it. So I called for help, To send out a technician is $190.00. 1/3

@sleepnumber is an overrated scam of an air mattress. $6k and less than 4 years had to replace chamber (basically the air mattress) that is “under warranty” but costs another $300. Complete scam and not worth the headache, literally. Can’t sleep more than 2 hours before bed is flat.

stay clear of @sleepnumber. If anything goes wrong with your bed after a year, you’re on the hook to pay for the parts AND fix it yourself! After spending thousands! And their customer service is horrible!

@sleepnumber so disappointed on your customer service. After being mislead by a rep at a store, who recommended to purchase the mattress cover once it was delivered, now I can’t get the additional warranty because the bed was delivered. No exceptions! I’m returning it!
